ESX Lab Challenge
Start with ETB 1,000,000 of play money. Buy and sell ESX shares at real delayed prices, buy treasury bills at NBE's latest yields, and apply for simulated listings of real banks that are not yet on ESX. See how you would have done.

How it works
- Share trades use ESX's latest delayed price, with a 0.5% simulated fee each way.
- T-bills are bought at NBE's latest average yield for the term and pay their full value at maturity; until then they count at cost plus interest earned so far.
- Simulated listings: offer price is the bank's book value per share (from its latest annual report, assuming ETB 1,000 par) times the median price-to-book of listed banks, less 10%. Applications are allotted pro rata to simulated demand, then the shares trade, moving with the listed banks' average daily return.
- Your portfolio is kept in this browser only. School and university leagues with leaderboards are coming.
A game for learning. Nothing here is advice, an offer of shares, or a forecast of any real listing.
